Silent Killer: Hoistway Havoc

Last Updated: August 16, 2026

Overview

Silent Killer: Hoistway Havoc ("the Game") is a mobile arcade game developed by Joshua Worth. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our Game.

Summary: We do not collect, store, or share any personal information, and the Game needs no account to play. The Game does show ads, and the ad networks that serve them receive your device's advertising identifier. Buying "Go Ad-Free" removes every ad and every ad network from the Game.

Information We Do NOT Collect

The Game does not collect:

Local Data Storage

The Game stores the following data locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing the app's data through your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The Game integrates with the following optional platform services:

Using these services is entirely optional. The Game functions fully without signing into either platform.

Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children. It is rated for players aged 13 and over, it is not part of any children's program on either store, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game and you want the advertising identifier associated with that device cleared, use the device controls listed under Advertising, or contact us and we will help.

Advertising

The Game shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay mediation, which passes each ad request on to whichever ad network wins it. The networks enabled in the Game are Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle (Liftoff), Meta Audience Network, Mintegral and Pangle.

To select and measure ads, those companies receive:

We do not receive any of that data ourselves. It goes from your device to the ad networks. Each network publishes its own privacy policy, and you can limit what they receive with your device's own controls: on Android, Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID; on iOS, Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

The Game asks for tracking permission on iOS. Declining is fine: the Game still works and still shows ads, they are just less relevant.

Versions released before 2.9.0 served ads through Google AdMob instead of Unity LevelPlay. If you are running one of those builds, the company receiving your advertising identifier and the technical information above is Google, under Google's Privacy Policy. Everything else in this section, including the device controls and the ad-free purchase, applies the same way.

Removing ads entirely: the one-time "Go Ad-Free" purchase disables the ad SDK completely. After it, no ad is requested and no advertising identifier is read.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
