Silent Killer: Hoistway Havoc ("the Game") is a mobile arcade game developed by Joshua Worth. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our Game.

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing the app's data through your device settings.

The Game integrates with the following optional platform services:

• Google Play Games (Android): If you choose to sign in, Play Games handles leaderboards and achievements according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Using these services is entirely optional. The Game functions fully without signing into either platform.

The Game does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data, the Game complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
